Refund policy

As number plates are a bespoke item the traditional 14 day cooling off period does not apply. Therefore we are not obligated to offer a full refund for any of our bespoke products, nor are we obliged to offer a free cancellation.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover the cost of materials and any administration fees. Transactions under £42 are exempt from The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and therefore for transactions under this value, you do not have the right to cancel. 

If you have ordered a bespoke item, we are more than happy to give a full refund if we have not yet started the work.
