Terms and Conditions:

  1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  2. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the personalisation of the number plate complies with all relevant laws and regulations. We are not responsible for any fines or penalties incurred as a result of non-compliance.

  3. Payment must be made in full before the production of the number plate can begin.

  4. Delivery times may vary depending on demand and availability of materials. We will do our best to provide an estimated delivery date but cannot guarantee it.

  5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

  6. We are not responsible for any damage to the number plate that occurs after it has been received by the customer.

  7. We may use customer information for marketing purposes unless the customer opts out.

  8. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  9. Original Documents must be sent by post for road legal number plates. These will be returned with your order.

We post all orders with a Next Day Evri service. We never promise next day as Evri never promise next day! Postage to some parts of Scotland and Highlands will be standard delivery, it's just out of our control. We know you understand. 

By purchasing a number plate from us, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
