Are 4D Motorbike Number Plates Legal?

The DVLA have some pretty simple rules and as long as 'we' stay with them we're A-okay.

The DVLA say - Your number plates can also: have 3D (raised) characters, display certain flags, symbols and identifiers display a green flash, if you have a zero-emission vehicle.
